A2019 Interactive Forms | Interactive forms is one of the new command which has been added by Automation Anywhere in it's latest Edition i.e. in A2019 which enables users and customers to build forms by submitting and regrouping data that is being used to send and receive information from various applications built within our attended automation process.

We can use various commands that are being provided under Interactive Forms that we can use in our task bot logic. The actions provided under this command are basically divided into two categories i.e. Form level action and Element level action. Let's discuss what these two categories means. To use this command we need to install Interactive Forms package from the package manager present under Bots section.

• Form Level Actions - These are the actions which are used in the task bot logic to manage the linked form.
• Element Level Actions - These are the actions which is used to manage the elements of a form.

Now let's take a look at each of the commands in detail one by one that we have under the Interactive Forms command package.

• Display Command - This command is used to load and display the specified form which we have created.
• Close Command - This command is used to close the form which is displayed while running a task bot.
• Show Command - This command is used to show a hidden form.
• Hide Command - This command is used to hide a visible form.
• Reset Command - This command is used to clear all the values in the form i.e. to reset the value we can make use of this command.
• Validate Form Command - This command is used to validate the form.
• Get Command - This command is used to get or retrieve the values from the form.
• Set Command - This command is used to set the specified value in an Interactive Form.
• Set Focus Command - This command is used to set the focus on a particular form element that is present in the form.
• Enable and Disable command - This command is used to enable and disable the form element.
• Assign Command - This command is used to assign the options to the form dropdown.
• Highlight & Unhighlight Command - This command is used to highlight or Unhighlight a particular form element depending upon the requirement. 

Through Interactive Forms we can interact between the task bot and an Interactive forms. This command is basically comes in handy when there is a requirement where we need manual intervention i.e. it is based on attended automation.
