A2019 MS Word Package | A2019 MS Word Package is a new command that is being provided by Automation Anywhere to perform various operations related to MS Word. We can use this command to create and modify MS Word document.

Note: To use this command, the pre-requisite that we need to have is the MS Word package being installed otherwise we need to install the package from the Package Manager list that is available under Bots->Packages and search for the package name which you want to install.

Now we will discuss the various commands that are available under the MS Word Package in the Action Panel list. The list of commands available are as follows:-

• Add Paragraph Command - This command is used to add a paragraph to an existing word document that is available with us. In this command we need to select the file from the required destination and then we need to write the paragraph that we need to insert in the word document or we can insert the variable to write the paragraph in the word document.
• Create MS Word document command - Through this command we can create the new MS Word document. In this command we need to enter the file path where we need to create the MS Word document and also give the file name, and also write the paragraph that you want to insert. This is an optional parameter. 
• Insert Text Command - Through this command we can insert new text at bookmark position in the MS Word document. In this command we need to select the file from the required destination location and then enter the bookmark name that we need to create in the word document and then enter the text that you want to insert at the bookmark position.
• Replace Text Command - This command is used to replace the existing text with the new text in the MS Word document or file. In this command again we need to select or browse the file from the required destination location, then enter the text which you need to replace and then finally enter the new text that you want to insert to replace the existing word in the MS Word document or file.
